Rude- unprofessional. Only company around that's in my network... but not taking new patients.
Deepas manner was good . The staff is terrible. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone! I felt like a total dollar sign by Bethann I was charged 6,700 on care credit. I had an emergency Blood clot fall out of my mouth. It was horrible. My partials slip and are horribly made. I taste them Weeks and weeks after they have ruined my mouth. I'm in more expensive pain than I'd never been exposed to before by a terrible place Aspen dental.
I just left aspen. Was waiting 45 minutes, and still no one came in to check on me. I had explain to the receptionist that I was waiting an awful long time and had to go to work shortly after she gave me no reason or apology for sitting there that long. Worse of all they made me pay upfront. After my next visit I will not be back. Horrible unprofessional office.
I am not supersized that there are only 3 reviews on this sight.The office manager is down right rude. You can see that the minute that you walk in the door. Just her presents make the whole dental experience more dramatic than it is.. She is not only hateful and very unhelpful to the customers she is disrespectful to her co workers talking down to them. No wonder you can't keep good help at this lactation!!!! I f that's the way you run a business I and others won"t be back!!!!
I'm so excited that I'm finally going to be able to smile again soon. I want to thank all that are going to be working with me a big THANK YOU very much. I truly appreciate it very much. It means the world to me.
I am sure that my last visit to this dentist will be my last visit to this dentist. I noon time appointment turned into almost an hour wait and it was just for a simple filling. Lots of misunderstanding before and after the appointment with my dental insurance. SOOOOOOOO not worth the hassle. Not to mention that they only have one dentist there at any given time which does not help matters. Look elsewhere for your own peace of mind!!!!
Recommend if you want to be treated like a number or a dollar sign. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist not run by a cooperate office. You'll be treated like a human. Worst experience i had in my life here. Never had fear of dentists until now. Thanks Aspen... you know how to make people feel screwed over. Top notch
This is a great Dentist Office if you like your appointments running 45 minutes late. If speed cleaning was an Olympic sport my Hygenist would have won a Gold Medal. I could not belive how fast she was! It was truly impressive. She did a terrible job cleaning my teeth but was the fastest at it ive ever seen!
