I went in with a toothache and they were very professional. Haven't been in awhile so I thought they would say something and no dental insurance. They didn't force me to have a lot of work done. It was all up to me. Definitely would tell people to go to Aspen Dental.
Aspen Dental took me in as a New patient over the phone today. I need a tooth extracted and they did it on the same day. Everyone at the office was super friendly and I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
While nobody loves going to the dentist, I had a great experience at your practice. Rux is AMAZING, made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Dr. Deepa was great too! She saved me back in May from a terrible toothache and today with a crown. I was definitely "wowed" by this great team of professionals! A BIG thank you to Rux and Dr. Deepa!!!
They were so pleasant and welcoming, from the dentists as well as the remainder of the staff. Would highly recommend them
I really enjoyed my experience at Aspen. The staff was very friendly. They also took time to explain pricing, process and procedures with me. I have had bad experiences with dentist in the past, but they made it smooth experience. Would highly recommend.
I just had my first appointment with Aspen Dental this week. The interactions I had with the staff were professional and courteous. I expected a lecture for letting my teeth go without care for not having insurance, but they were non-judgmental and empathetic. The only area for improvement would be the wait time. I filled out my new patient paperwork in advance, arrived 15 minutes early as requested, but still waited longer than I expected. So far, a positive 1st experience.
