RecommendedFriendly and professional staff. Reasonably priced, clean and bright office with Right on time service as per the scheduled appointment. Dr. Katie Masters reviewed todays treatment with me, repaired 4 teeth and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this dental office, no nonsense PAINLESS visit in a reasonable time (about an hour).

RecommendedI have bad tori mostly on the lower jaw. X-rays can be painful. The tech got someone to help her take the x-rays so that I didn't have to bite down long. It was the first time in my life a dental office has taken the time to do that. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful, including the tech Allie, the dentist, Dr. Katie, and the office manager Kristie. Yes, I would recommend this dental office.

Called the New Bern office to see about coverage for my 3 kids. All I needed to know was if they accepted there insurance. They wouldn’t give me an answer and wanted to me set up there apts first. Why would I set up apts if I don’t even know if they use there insurance?? Ended up just hanging up.

If you want to pay for unnecessary procedures, have zero communication with the office and have to spend hours trying to get your money back for procedures not done this is the place for you.
