I definitely don't recommend Aspen Dental. The clerical staff and doctors are nice but DEFINITELY are not willing to satisfy an unhappy customer. I paid $984 to be exact for a product that became ill fitting within a matter of weeks. I went there August 17th and discussed the issue. I was told that the product needed to be replaced, however, I could not come until Thursday. I advised them that I could come only at 4pm. I am so frustrated with this mess. I have nothing good to say about the product Aspen Dental sells. I'm over $12,000.00 in debt, and I feel like I have made the biggest mistake of my life. The staff members in the New Bern office are nice, but the delivered product is not what I expected and certainly not what I paid for!

I scheduled 3 check-up/ cleaning appointments, they were rescheduled due to covid19, this was understandable. What was not understandable is that they had no record of my children's appointments. On the date of my rescheduled appointment which was to happen at 9:00 a.m. I was told to wait in my vehicle until someone came to get me. This did not happen until 9:45 a.m. The x-rays were great that assistant was amazing, no complaints about her. The dentist however was less than amazing. She quickly looked at my teeth. I was charged over $100 for missing an appointment because I broke my collarbone and couldn’t make an appointment don’t go there I paid over $2500 for one tooth
This place is only after the money. They charge you for incomplete work. I had service in November, 2018 preformed by Dr.Katie, she didn’t complete the work and if that wasn’t enough, she sent me a bill for 207.00 more...!!! Please stay away from this practice!
