I have been trying to reach offices in Morehead , New Bern and Grenville. For the past two days no one will answer my calls emails or messages!!! What type of company are you guys running.!!??

I was looking forward to my first visit to get my exam and x-rays and to set up an appt for a cleaning. When I made the appt, I was told the initial visit is free, just as advertised, and a treatment plan, i.e. cleaning, would be scheduled. However, one week before my appt I received an email to call the office, which I did. I went and had an extraction done on Thursday. Dr found an infection while doing extraction. told me he was going to send me an antibiotic to the pharmacy of my choice. Thursday afternoon I go to check the status of my prescription only to find out it was never sent. called Aspen at least 10 times in 2 days and no one ever picked up. left a msg on the machine but of course no body called back. so I drove the 30 mins up there on Friday before they closed to personally speak to someone. was told the dentist tends to forget to ... read more
Awful customer service. I’ve been trying to speak to someone for months. They don’t call you back even after numerous phone calls and even after you wait their “48 hour” call back. Beyond frustrated. The staff was great in person, but trying to get ahold of anyone is a complete nightmare. 2 months and I’m still battling this endless fight.
Lack of quality customer service. My mom told them she was in pain and couldn't eat. They told her they couldn't see her for 2 weeks. We asked if there were other locations and they said jacksonville and greenville...we called jacksonville and they are going to see her 1st thing in the morning. How sad! Grateful for the jacksonville office.

Please do not go here! Please. Most painful extraction I've ever had and the dentist acted like I was lying the whole time when I told her it hurt. The most traumatic experience I've ever had. PLEASE stay away.

Return a patient's phone call for one would be nice, I have called 3 times in last 2 days and always have to leave message but nobody returns call. I have been lied to multiple times about the care plan. You have my money, 1500 that had to be paid BEFORE anything could be done yet NOTHING has been done except being screwed around yet again. Don’t let anyone at Aspen tell you that they can do replacement dentures quickly (a few days). Went to the office in New Bern NC based on the misleading information that they could do dentures quickly. To give you an example of quickly, affordable dentures does them in 1 day.
