Great dentist there and they try to make everything comfortable for u and explain everything. The only thing I had a problem with is working with them and my work schedule the one time even got an attitude from an assistant when I had to cancel they gotta realize everyone don't work 9-5 but they eventually fit it to work for me used some of my vacation to get it done but when called to switch was easy to move up and get done quicker but great place to go otherwise
I thought the service was excellent. This was my first visit and I will be going back on Thursday to have a tooth taken out followed by additional work in a couple of weeks.

I transferred to Aspen Dental in New Castle from Hermitage, Pa because it was a closer drive for me. My two children ( ages 10 & 12 ) have always went to Aspen dental since the age of 3! I was a little uneasy about the new location since my children were comfortable with the old location. My son had to have some work done on his teeth and was very nervous about it. I went to aspen dental ! they were great from the girls up front to the dr. to the people that fixed my teeth ! I would and am going back their .they are so nice and really do care how you look and feel when you leave !
