This is a great place! The staff and Dr. Krantz are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to my family and friends.
stay away from them. scammed me out of over 11 thousand dollars and don't have anything to show from it. will be filing a lawsuit in the near future

The staff might be great, but the scammy business practices are not. I received a bill months after pre-paying for and receiving an oral surgery. This bill suddenly included different fees and a statement of charges that added on to my previous payment. There was no explanation of where these added costs came from, zero warning that this could happen, and a wrongful claim that there are no hidden fees. $1000 extra is definitely a shock and something I’d notice… especially since they processed my payment. the process of getting dentures for my mother has been a horrific experience. I would totally recommend them to everyone I dislike. the staff is different everytime. this explains the confusion , ended up with 2 top plates and no one could figure out why. the staff aggressive towards my loved on. called and asked why she wasn't there at 1, well I'm standing here with the appt card given 2 me that clearly states 2pm. well I'm sorry aspen stated. there will be nobody here. then get snotty because I can't bring her for another ... read more

Patients of Aspen Dental Beware! I had an appointment for a routine cleaning on Friday, June 7, 2019. While checking in the receptionist advised me I had a balance of $85. The only thing I have ever been there for was routing cleaning and check up which should be covered by my insurance. I asked what the balance was for and she told me $55 was past due from November of last year (my last check up). We asked for a certain dentist who was a specialist. We were advised that doctor was who our appointment was with. They lied to us. I even stated I would call elsewhere because we needed that specialty for the dental provider. We were assured that we would be seen by that doctor. When we got there we found out the doctor wont be at that office until June again. Thank you for unnecessary stress, a day off work and your dishonesty. extremely expensive even with insurance and impossible to verify approved for there dental payment plans without a cosigner.
Had an appointment for a consult for whitening treatment. I waited an hour and still no one called me back. Ended up leaving. Appointments are made for a reason. Terrible service, when I advised I was leaving because of waiting so long I did not even get an apology for the inconvenience.
They don't honor there guarantee dentures are cracking and the teeth are falling out they won't fix them and paid the bill in full for services are now being told more money is owed.
