Stay clear of Aspen dental. The estimates they give in office are way off and you end up owing a lot of money after the fact. Last time I was there they talked me into a special cleaning stating it would be $60 after insurance. I go to check out and she says $87, i paid it but I wasn't happy (why give an estimate if its going to be that far off?) A few days ago I received a bill for $98 more dollars!! I waited over 3 hours for them to talk to me for 5 minutes and tell me that I wouldn't know when I'd get my wisdom teeth out until about a week before, which is ridiculous. They also wanted a ridiculous amount of money upfront for it. Oh and to top it all off they were so rude and even forgot about me. I was getting ready to walk out and the nurse said "oh there you are!" Where else would I be other than the room you put me in� Honestly the worst experience with any doctor I've ever been to and I will never go back.
The appointment was for getting my father in laws dentures that were made by aspen less than 2 yrs ago refitted because they are so loose. After waiting an hour and a half the Dr came in and before looking at the chart or my father in law she said "I'm 99% sure I can't help you" then proceeded to tell us how she could make him new dentures. Why would he pay for new dentures when he already paid you for dentures and you can't get those right?
