We LOVE Aspen Dental! They bend over backwards to accommodate us! Nikita just stayed late to finish my husband's fillings!
All of these complaints are ridiculous. Of course there are days you may have a wait. Life happens. Some patients require more time than others. Some appointments last longer than others. When you make an appointment, plan on it taking a while just because you never know what the day will be like and have empathy for the nurses and dentist - as you can be assured they are doing the best they can to get everyone taken care of. Haven't been to the Dentist recently. . . . . too far to drive. So we selected Aspen Dental for our dental care. Exams and X-rays were completed. . . . . .most professional and thorough oral exam I've had. Excellent and friendly staff. Highly recommend Aspen Dental.
No one's perfect . . . but Aspen Dental was pretty darn close. I had my best dental exam EVER and am scheduled for my cleaning and a needed crown. PLUS the cost was much less than I anticipated . . . even with full x-rays and my initial consultation. My only disappointment . . . waiting well beyond my appointment time (1 hour). It was explained that there were also oral surgery appointments on the schedule that day. I don't see how that should affect the regular appointment times, or at least I don't think it should.
They were very friendly and efficient. I only waited about 15 minutes as a new patient. I was impressed with how nice they were and explained everything carefully and slowly to make sure I understood. I also appreciated that they accept primary AND secondary dental insurance. That's actually a hard find with most offices. In my experience, most places only bill primary, and then I'd have to go back and forth forever to get reimbursed for the secondary. I will recommend this location to my family and friends.

Better than I expected they were very helpful and polite
I've had my share of dentist and horror stories. I've never been treated better as a person or received better care. They gave me back my smile and I am GRATEFUL. I've never waited longer thirty minutes. The staff is so comforting and when they finished, we all were proud. God bless them!!
