The staff was very nice and very informative but I had to talk them into giving me pain medicine after get a tooth pulled. They treated me like I was a drug addict just cause I was in pain. I will not be going back there...

Their prices are insane high !!! I chose to go else where and was much happier .. I guess high prices is what you get from a cooperate dentist office
Yesterday morning (8:15 AM) I went into aspen dental with an emergency thinking I had an abscess and would be able to get relief, knowing I needed a ton of dental work period I agreed to get a run down of my whole mouth. By the end of my visit, the dentist had only touched my mouth for maybe a minute and then hit me with a run down of cost to be $15,000! Had teeth pulled and have had 13 pieces of teeth break through gums. Haven't been able to wear band aid dentures it's been 6 months. Not a good experience at all.

I sat in the waiting room not greeted for about 20min. given xrays talked to the dentist about new dentures he discussed how i would have to use an adhesive with my dentures, having worn dentures for at least 14yrs have never used adhesives let alone needing to use with new dentures. i was just floored about this discussion that I stated this was not the place for me to get new dentures! After an hour there I left what a joke, also the person who made the appointment didn't know the location of the office!
I recommend using caution If your looking to get partials. They have refused to honor their guarantee and I am left with partials that do not fit and are very painful. They have refused to make things right and continued to delay or chose to ignore my requests. I will be filling a claim with Better Business Bureau.

I used to go to Aspen Dental back in 2015. I had several filling and a crown done. I quit going to Aspen Dental because of how I was treated there by the staff. Less than 2 years later I had to redo several of the fillings that they did and the crown was not prepared/placed properly. So for me it has been bad customer treatment and poor quality work.
