They have put this so called tooth replacement that is so small my My tongue scrapes against my Front tooth they rushed me in to get the business now I called complaining last week not they got the insurance money they can’t see me till the 21st of April I half To walk around in this ugly thing that’s 100% guaranteed and I’m slobbering I can’t talk terrible I need in there now I rate this as a 0
I can honestly say this was the WORSE dental experience I have EVER had in my life. I am 66 yrs old, my usual dentist has retired and I was looking for a new one. I had an appointment after being seen 2 days before for xrays and all. The Dentist OBVIOUSLY did not want to be at work this day! I had to have a complicated extraction. RecommendedI no longer go to Aspen Dental due to my friend working at another dental office, but I did want to share my experience. I went there for some dental cleaning and I was told something they needed to do wasn’t covered under my insurance, I have CareCredit so I didn’t care. I gave them my card, and paid the amount. Don’t like that they will not just schedule a standard teeth cleaning without a 45 minute consultation first. They will Not schedule them one after the other. So now have to take another day off work. They are Expensive. Always trying to sell you something else or another procedure. Bye Felicia!
Absolutely terrible experience. Went in for wisdom teeth removal, got quoted and charged so I paid for everything at once (days before my procedure). Months after my procedure, I was charged again for more than the original amount! Definitely filing a complaint on Better Business Bureau. Do not recommend Aspen Dental. I feel completely taken advantage of and cheated.
Left there crying. Also found another dentist at a much lower cost. Who would listen to me and give me the services I asked for. If you are financially able and or have great insurance maybe it would be worth using them. Actually felt like I was treated the way a Car Salesman treats a customer.
It sucked. I left there crying and I will not be back. They are too expensive. I found another dentist to do the work for a quarter the price they were asking g and I don't have to go through tins of treatment before I can get what I want. I will not be back. My advice to everyone is to shop around first.
