As a Senior without Ins. called re. prices seemed reasonable but after first appt. prices went up and only explanation is " I do not know who gave you that price." The dentist and tech were unprofessional.
I got a root canal about a week or so ago and I am still having pain in that tooth. It's not the gums. I don't have an infection. I went back twice to let them know and they just gave me ibuprofen, penicillin and a steroid pack. Nothing has helped. I had a root canal a month ago with a different dentist office and by that evening it was like nothing had happened. I think they left some nerves in the canal and won't fix it. My experience was a JOKE. I had to wait a hour and 10 or 15 minutes to get in a exam room. 10 or 15 minutes later the Dr. came in and spent about 2 minutes with me, then sent me to another person. I was shocked. If you don't have insurance forget it. My husband went in to have a cavity filled. After the so called dentist got through my husband was sent to the front, they told him he needed over $5000.00 of work done on his mouth. All he wanted was to have a cavity filled. The doctor, x-ray technician and the hygienist are nice enough but can't make up for the pressured sales tactics and lack of privacy as a patient. I really dislike that the exam rooms are open to each other. While waiting for the hygienist and doctor, two patients in the chair next to me were commenting on conversations I was having with the staff regarding my medical treatment. Be prepared to wait in the lobby for hours even if you have an appt
Worst place I've ever been for dental care. I called with emergency and needing a tooth pulled asking for a quote and they couldn't give me one so had to go thru "free X-rays and exam" that consisted of dentist walking in to point to the tooth and saying "that one" and that it needed to come out.
