I enjoyed my experience very much! The dentist (Dr. Merkler) and his lovely assistant (Cassie B.) were super nice and friendly! They made my dentist appointment fun and exciting! I was very comfy with the big chairs and the little tv's! I can't wait to go back and hang out in their very nice and clean office again!
I had a lot of concern and was very scared at first since the call center messed up multiple appointments. However, as soon as Cassie the dental assistant called my name to go back to see the doctor I instantly felt at ease she made me feel right at home and like a equal! Being a young women with no insurance your used to feeling looked down upon, but that didnt happen with her at all. The doctor was even fantastic. Will definitely be going back!
