My wife had an awful experience here- was told upon arrival that she should have a seat and after waiting over 30 minutes was told the hygienist was not even in the office that day. Unbelievable waste of time. I will be working to get her an appointment with my own dentist going forward.

went in at 8:00 this morning after waiting over a month with tooth aches to have 5 teeth extracted took 4 vials of lidocane to numb me properly. The Dr worked on me for over two and a half hours trying to get several of the five out having to break my teeth off in pieces and drill and break and drill and break. Then proceeds to tell me they had to leave several of the root tips down in my bone and they will just heal over. Then says thry are referring me to an oral surgeon. on a friday!!! So today was a wasted trip for my teeth both top an bottom are cutting into my gums, my bottoms broke weeks ago I told them about my tooth going into gum making me bleed an giving me a headache. Didn’t even look at my gums. After the 2nd fix of them they won’t do nothing else till the end of month for my permanent teeth.

really bad repair job done on my husbands upper denture repair only lasted 2 weeks and they wanted us to come back and have them repaired again for another charge of $177.00 Could have bought a new upper denture instead of having the repair. very rude on the phone. they take advantage of the elderly

I’ve paid for a treatment, that has not been completed and have left messages for an entire week without ONE return call. I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks now. This is ridiculous and theft.

Booked appointments months ago, spoke with 3 different staff to confirm the appointments, now the night before the appointments, they are rescheduling- ALL THE WAY IN DECEMBER. how can any reputable company have only one hygienist, the most absurd thing I've ever heard.

I went to Aspen Dental right before Covid started. it took them several hours to get me back for a routine exam. Finally the dentist came in and told me what I needed. it was 5000.00 and I needed financing. my ID was expired, covid hit and now 4 months later NO ONE will answer the phone to put my information in to start the work.
