Aspen's Dental staff are the most friendliest and caring people I have ever known in a dental office. Misha relieved most of my anxieties at the start by her pleasant smile and voice. The actual dentist made me laugh, that was rare, he was so personal and optimistic about my care and his assurance ending all my worries. Dr. Kaitlyn Thompson and her staff were excellent !! Professional, compassionate, friendly relaxed atmosphere. Quite a pleasant surprise !
Had my first visit today, found everything very good. They took time to listen to what I had to say and their replies were good and they took the time to explain a treatment plan. They were in my network and there was no problem using my insurance. First visit was free which included many x-rays and full exam of teeth. The lady who did the x-rays and was with me the entire time was excellent in the service she performed. They were quick in setting up next appointment to start treatment plan.
Very satisfied with the friendly, professional staff. Very clean office I will be back.
Misha is a fine young woman who made me feel totally at ease and was truly attentive to my needs. �
