Do not visit Aspen Dental in North Port unless you enjoy arguing endlessly about overcharges. I came in for a cleaning, they charged me $59 even after I showed them the details of my dental plan that clearly indicated that cleanings are fully covered. They refused to treat me unless I paid the $59. They charged me $43 for my fluoride treatment, applied sloppily by hand (it is $30 at my new dentist, applied with a brush). I have never been so disappointed in my life, my husband has needed a wisdom tooth removed for over a month. They keep canceling him and rescheduling him. And we finally had x rays done at one appointment. Then they tell him they havThen at another appointment they do exam with dentist. And they won’t extract the tooth without cleaning first which is crazy “emergency appointment is exactly that emergency.” And they want both wisdom teeth done at same time. New to Aspen Dental and was very happy with EVERYONE! Fast and friendly, Svetlana. Efficient, fast and friendly, Nancy. Anthony, the consultant (money man) broke it to me gently and answered all my questions. He was friendly, too. Finally, Dr. Marino, she fixed me up and explained everything to me. WHAT A GREAT STAFF!

terrible patient relations. Instead of helping me after a botched Root canal they wouldn't get me in so I ended up in the hospital with extreme hypertension due to pain. :Port Charlotte Aspen stepped in and helped me when the North Port crew refused. Charged me 3000.00 which I have not been refunded 2 years later.
I went to Aspen to have a tooth extracted as it was causing immense pain. After my X-rays I was waiting in the chair for so long I fell asleep. I had to come back later to have the tooth pulled and again I was waiting an hour to even be numbed. I was there for a total of 5hrs in one day for a simple procedure and consultation. I was so fed up I was ready to walk out.

Horrible experience and North Port office manager was rude and disrespectful. I would never go to that office again.
I Had a appointment for 8:45 on a Saturday morning I confirmed via email and calling the office on the Thursday before! I got there at 8:20 and was told by a staff member that they didn’t open till 9:00 so I waited to be told I had no appt and could not be seen!

ok on 7/27/18 I had a appointment to get a tooth removed After waiting for over 4 hours I was finally seen they numb me up This was now around closing time so I think that Dentist was in a hurry because she accidentally slipped and stab me in to my lower jaw I felt like it was almost piercing they did not it bled they told me to pay 125$ and My insurance would cover the rest now months later I get a bill for 23.50$ And they wonder why I never went back for my teeth cleaning through them.
