I have to say Aspen Dental was a pleasure,everyone from the receptionist to the secretaries were so very nice, I can't say enough about Dr.David Smith, he was exceptional, it's not very easy for me to go to just any Dentist, he was very kind and caring, I have a prosthesis on my soft palete of my mouth which made his work a little harder but he never gave up on me, he's smart an talented in his profession. They kept money I accidentally paid tham that was not due. I had my paid in full receipt. Someone had already told me they would send it back to me. I had been a customer for 3 years.

I have made my children two appointments to have their teeth cleaned, took off work, got them there on time and the dental hygienist has not been there both times. I highly recommend you not wasting your time at this office. If they don’t have the respect to show up, they don’t need to be working on people.

Worst dental office ever. They over charge and then when they owe you a refund, it takes forever. They will leave you on hold and also proceed to disconnect your call repeatedly when they do not want to speak with you or answer your questions. Stay away from this office.

Michael L'Herault 9 reviews 8 minutes ago NEW Had 2 cracks in my dentures with 6 months of having them made at this office. I called for repaired for the 3rd cracking and they told me I was 19 days over my warranty and they could do nothing. The office manager was very unprofessional on the phone . I am now stuck with a 6month old dentures that has a cracks and they will not help at all. Go to a different office.

Very poor customer service. Office manager is very unprofessional and rude. We bought dentures at this office, before the 6 month warranty was up had to have them repaired due to cracking 2x. 19 day after warranty was up had another cracking and tried to get repaired with no help by this office. Spoke to staff employees and Lana; office manager and corporate. If you want your dentures to last go somewhere else. First pair was from Fort Myers Aspen and lasted 5 years.

Aspen dental just stole $975 for services they didn’t do. They told my daughter it would cost $975 to extract her tooth. She was made to pay in advance. She gets there and the local anesthesia wasn’t working, they cut her mouth and she stated she could feel it. The dentist told her he couldn’t pull the tooth and gave her 2 stitches and said they would refund the money. 4 days later we find out they charged $500 for the 2 stitches and applied the remaining amount as credit and never refunded any of it.
