AWFUL!!!! I’m in town visiting for family matters. My tooth started hurting as I knew it had to be extracted. After talking to the customer line I was scheduled for a 1200 appt for extraction. I arrived at 1145 for my appt filled out new Patient paperwork. I asked if they wanted to contact my dentist for my current X-rays. They said no and that they were going to do their own. This place is a rip off!!! Scheduled my daughter to have a tooth extracted. We came in for the appointment and they told us now that they wanted her to see an orthodontist first and charge me a $75 consultation fee and a $50 deductible. WTH??? I have learned to stay away from all franchise dental offices. They are nothing but a rip-off. I paid over $500 for a deep cleaning and two fillings with insurance. My coworker say they have been to the dentist for the same exact thing and paid nothing out of pocket. NEVER AGAIN!

They were all very nice. The dentist was great. Would have given 5 stars but they charge twice what was listed on the webpage for extraction. They said it was because the tooth was broken and it would take longer. It took the dentist less than five minutes to yank it out. So not happy about the added expense.
I had a verynice experience,everyone was so friendly and I couldn't believe my first appointment and x rays we're free because I don't have dental insurance, also everyone from front desk, x ray tech , hygienist and doctor were so friendly and and took time t explain very thing in detail. Awesome establishment
