I loved Dr Brown . She pulled my tooth and I have not had any pain. Heather was great in arranging financing for me . Will tell my friends how friendly everone was. I will be back myself to get dentures. Thanks everyone. You were great.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist, Rebecca was very sweet and helped us feel very comfortable. Dr Richeson was great with our special needs adult son. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because we sat in the waiting room for a very long time before we were called back.

Really great dentist nice people just hate me and my husband couldty get financed at all... But I would love to go back
First of all, I don't love going to a dentist but my visit yesterday was an easy, pleasant visit. The bill was only 19.00 on 1st. visit. The estimate I was given was extremely high to complete. The employees made me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor, was friendly and professional but thorough. There was a Ms. Heather at checkout that was extremely nice to me. She knew her job. She was very intelligent. The whole office was clean and comfortable. I do plan on returning. I just wish it was cheaper. People without insura... read more

Very Professional and well organized. All of my questions were answered in plain language and no big medical words. I found the process of my evaluation was well thought out and I was very pleased that the level of communication between myself and the Doctor was easy and comfortable. In short, I felt very confident that my "expectation factors" were well "calibrated". I would certainly recommend the Oak Ridge facility to anyone needing professional dental care by a well oiled team.
