I had work done here years ago, which I paid for in full by debit card the same day of the visit. I was clear that I only wanted this work and nothing else, yet they printed a plan with future “recommendations” on it. I said you can remove that because I will not be having that done here and was very clear that I was not having further work done at Aspen Dental. I do not recommend anything at all about Aspen Dental. They only care about the money they can make, not the patient.

Literally went to get my second wisdom tooth cut out today different doctor than last time. Let’s just say the took a little over half the tooth decided it was too difficult sent to me a surgeon who sent me back to aspen who then decided they can’t fix it until tomorrow so for 24 hours I have nothing but an exposed root and blood in my mouth. Rude about EVERYTHING which was. Shock because the first time was perfect.

stop saying insurance covered work then bill and then send to a collection company all because we wouldnt apply for credit to do more work than ins would cover

Scam and frauds! I had 2 dental insurances on my son. They recommended I get his teeth sealed and it would be covered 100%. I wanted that confirmed with insurance before appointment. They assured me they checked and I wouldn't be out of pocket anything so I had it done then got a large bill in the mail saying it wasn't covered!! They are total frauds!
Very bad experience there from start to finish. Run for the hills, this place is a scam!
went with my husband to have his teeth looked at. we had insurance that the website stated they accepted. when we went in, they stated that our insurance is a type they don't accept. Paid the 19$ to get his teeth looked at. find out now, a few weeks later, that our insurance isn't the type they said it was and im feeling pretty irritated that we were basically lied to and had 20$ basically stolen. Wont be back.
DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled a cleaning and didn't get a cleaning got a story I have dental problems. let me explain I have no dental issues and got a second opinion. Attorney is now involved. Apparently after discussing in a group it is a scam. seems like everyone that goes here must have a dental disease. 🙄
