I had a set of dentures that I clearly said I wasn’t satisfied with the way they look from the day I got them, but they kept saying they couldn’t see the fact they stuck out like horse teeth and I should try to get use to them (twice they done this) I didn’t know they were noting that I left satisfied every time but they were, then today when I told them I wasn’t leaving until they refunded me for the horse teeth the manager (Sarah) low key threatened me. Omg Outrageous pricing
Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. The regional manager really needs to look at all of these negative reviews, something definitely needs to be done here. I was going to be overcharged until I caught it myself and they didn’t apologize or anything. They next thing they tried to do was overcharge me on a freaking mouth rinse. . DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS. Number 1) they told me they were going to give me the rinse. RecommendedDr. Hilliard and tech took a break from the hour long job they took removing my tooth while cutting the tooth beside it and damaging the gums...keeping my mouth open the whole time. Cut tooth gets a cavity and when confronted about it they try to make it my fault. Who does that?!
Dentures fit poorly, rough and bulky, I keep biting my lower lip. They have worked on them several times with no success. I have given up after several months of discomfort and not chewing properly and planning a visit to another practitioner.
Now I would not recommend them
Warning! Anyone who reads this before going Aspen Dental, runaway now. this place is awful, and the staff are incompetent. I had a tooth pulled by a woman who I'm not sure even was a dentist. Maybe she just walked in off the street and put on a white coat. I don't know. I broke a tooth on christmas day. I have limited VA care and no supplemental insurance - so I tried Aspen. Getting an appointment was quick and the phone rep painted a picture of a very affordable repair ("if", of course - that I understand). Exam went well - the staff were very nice and efficient.
