they rip you off . i called for a appointment back in September to have tooth pulled . lady on quoted me $ 180.00 . since i was a new patient there would be $ around 79.00 off i said awesome. when i got there they said no that it would be more. i was in alot od pain .i got upset and they got the nice doctor who looked at my tooth and as id she would do it for that amount but i would have to pay and come back in a hour i agreed. so i paid the lady and notice balance of around $ 23.00 she told me rest would be deducted aft Dr ... read more
You couldn't pay me enough to give a good recommendation for this particular office. Very unprofessional and extremely unorganized. Employees are rude and disrespectful. They talk down to you as though your are ignorant. I had to threaten a malpractice suit to get their asses in gear. Avoid this office like the plague. If you want professionalism, common courtesy, and a beautiful set of teeth, go to the Newberry Road office in Gainesville.
Evelyn the Hygienist is overbooked running 2 chairs at the same time .... After a 45 minute wait both my husband and myself were called for our appointments. He went in at 10:45 for his 10:00 and I went in at 11:45 for my 11:00 appointment. He spent 15 minutes with the Hygienist 5 minutes with the Dentist and 10 minutes with the Hygienist assistant after asking if his teeth were to be flossed and polished.During the hour he was in the chair.. Some staff members are very rude...they charge you for a service that was never done and supposedly it was done 7 months ago... not happy with their services and definitely not going back.
RUN AWAY. Very rude staff. Try to demand social security numbers (highly suspicious). Poorly run, they don't check insurance verification before Saturday appts. Then you have to pay cash & wait weeks to get a refund. Give fluoride treatment without asking, but they charge for it.
To everyone who is in the market for Dental practice.... DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE ASPEN DENTAL OFFICES UNLESS... Unless you want to get infected by a bacteria, Enterobacter aerogenes , It has been found to live in various wastes, hygienic chemicals, and soil. Did they clean there tools or suction equipment...??? This is what I looked like a day after... I went in for an extraction of four wisdom teeth, and only had two removed. Worst dental clinic I have ever been to in my life! They are so bad I am filling a complaint with the BBB. They require unnecessary treatment and refuse to treat you unless you agree. I do not like being held hostage. Use at your own risk!
I'm sitting here now at Aspen Dental. My apt was at 12. It is now 1pm. An hour wait and counting. All I needed was a quick look over from the work I had yesterday. Very unprofessional. Not happy.
