Never ever again. In total I have spent over 48 hours worth of my pto time here. Never ever again my teeth falling from my face constantly. Thinking small claims court will be in order soon!
Aspen Dental can't keep there appointments, if they can even do that I wouldn't suggest you let them work on your teeth !!! They told me ... We are doing the best we can sir!!! I came in a little early so they didn't have to wait on me, but left me sitting in the waiting room and said nothing, I had to go ask if I had an appointment that day!!
Got a message that I missed my appointment. I did not miss my appointment. I got mad because I was scheduled for a cleaning and the charge went up 40%. Then they mentioned doing a X-ray . I feel like a fish. Your company has bated the hook and now you have set it to reel me in. I am very unhappy with this style of operation.
They leave you in PAIN!!!! Went in with exposed jawbone,they shave it down,,and dont even stiitch the gum bck over,leave it wide open to air,its as painful as a drysocket,and dont give anything for pain when you call and say your in unbearable pain ,they say we cant prescribe anything.go to er. And er says dentist must prescribe.worst place ever.left in worst pain than what i was in when i went in!!!
My husband had a tooth pulled and went to get the pain medication and realized they put his birthday wrong on the prescription. Drove back to Aspen and they said "you wrote your birth date wrong on the paperwork." Umm, no he didn't. No apology or anything. The way they do the billing paperwork is very deceiving. They make it look like you have to pay to have service done that you didn't agree to, and they sneak unnecessary things in with the charges. Beware!
Worst dentst ffce I have ever seen t HD an appointment and when I show up in tears from he ain,they cancel my appointment. Worst staff and very rude
