This place is completely unprofessional and has no respect for their clients time. My husband took off work and scheduled an appt for a cleaning yesterday. After waiting almost an hour for his appt they do his X-rays and exam then proceed to tell him he can buy an $140 toothbrush but they won’t be doing his cleaning because they don’t have anyone on staff for that. Why wouldn’t you call your client and reschedule instead of wasting his time and off day? As a nurse I just don’t understand their logic in this.
2nd time I've come to this place for extractions... 1st time they had the wrong tooth scheduled to be done and then I removed pieces of my tooth from my gums later as they missed some... Finally get to the point where I can hardly eat without pain only to walk in here today and them once again not know what the hell is going on... On 11/6 I came in for an appointment for extractions because I’m getting braces. I already have my top braces on since the end of September, so they’re pretty sensitive right now due to shifting. Aronda Jones is a thief, she is a travelling con artist and a poor dentist, Aspen Dental should be a shamed to have her on the payroll. Google search her to see the truth about what quality of dentist Aspen Dental is hiring. She has robbed multiple people and she will rob you too.
Again back to 1 star just because I can't do ZERO they waved my cleaning payment since they were terrible with me before, and now I received a letter that I've been sent to collection for not paying the cleaning they told me I didn't have to pay. Not even the one star was earned. Went in for a simple procedure and they would not do it, insisted I needed a crown when I do not. Same thing on another tooth. They want me to get thousands in work or they don't want to fuck with me, a scam for anyone not wanting a comprehensive plan that will pull in big dollars. I'm going to an old school dentist, Aspen Dental felt more like I was at a time share presentation rather than a dentist.
So I went to my Dentist appointment today and it turns out that when I had my 2 wisdom teeth removed they had charged me $250.00 just for the Dr. To WRITE THE PRESCRIPTION for a mild seditive for 3 pills of .triazolam in which I had to go to the pharmacy to get it filled and pay out of pocket which cost me $25.00 This is just ridiculous, and the stupidest thing I ever heard. Called for emergency visit for abcess... Got appointment for 8am this morning, downloaded my paperwork had it filled out ready to go...got there at 7:50am.
