I prepaid for partial dentures on the left side only and get there they act like they had no I idea what I needed and then when I refused to prepay for a tooth extraction I did not need they refused to complete the service I paid for. Aspen Dental is a scam why should I pay for a plan you came up with that I do not need. Also Chad they threw you under the bus at the memorial location like you did not know your job so watch out for them
they could stop lying to their patients. they can try to quit screwing their patients.

Do not I repeat do not use this company for any reason. I paid 6000 upfront in October2020 here it is June 2021 I’m just getting my teeth today. And that almost didn’t happen! Mind you didn’t get my temps right so this whole time I’ve been without teeth This company is rude unorganized and lacks compassion I’ve involved corporate three times and they are as bad as the staff they represent. I’m telling you trust my feedback Do not use or recommend to anyone not if you wanna keep them around anyway!
One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for some anxiety meds for a tooth extraction they said it would would be 40$ it ended up being $400. It took way too long and they didn’t even put stitches in
If you have a bad experience and try to make it notified they send you threats of blocking you because they don't want people to know that there are other places better than them won't send you home in pain work with u on payments and actually respect their customers jump on Google and look it up actually read the reviews there getting more bad reviews than good !

They like to have you pay for your services before you ever walk back. So you SHOULD be done paying them for all your services that were preformed on you. And then they also like to send you a BOGUS bill about 6-8 months after you were paid in full! Then they will never call you back, or have an answer for you as to what this bill is even for. from the time I walked in to get a tooth pulled till I walked out it was the most horrible experience I ever had at a DENTAL place the lady that was getting the tools ready dropped one on the floor just picked it up and proceeded like it was nothing the staff was rude expect the lady taking x-rays
