I am one of the biggest chickens when it comes to going to the dentist. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, Oneonta, NY. The staff are top notch, very caring and consoling when it comes to calming my fears and performing the dental procedures I need done. Today, I had a scaling procedure and Joanie held my hand through the whole process as JoAnne carefully and patiently put up with my fears and made me comfortable. She was so gentle. The staff was awesome. Treated you like a real person rather than just a patient. The only issue I had was the dentist who evaluated me informed me for implants I would have to go to a specialist in Albany. I later found out they do implants there. I will definitely keep Aspen for all my dental needs and will recommend them to everyone

The entire staff at Aspen Dental was wonderful. I found them all to be very caring, compassionate and genuine. I would recommend them to everyone. Loved them all so much that on my last visit I made them all cookies to show my appreciation!
I thought I was going to be there for some time but within 15 minutes after I filled in all information as a new patient, I was called in for Xray and consolation with dentist, then given options for service to be performed. I was truly impressed with the entire staff. Well done, guys!
