my son has a dental emergency. i called the call center 4 times over 2 days to get him seen . we made an appointment for today Saturday may 27 2023 ar noon on the phone with the call center for oneonta office and drove 2.5 hours there to be seen only to find 2 women inside saying they were closed. really? thanks for 100 dollars in fuel wasted. i made sure i double checked to confirm they were open only to be told yes they were open i received an email notification confirming the appointment as well. want a copy of it? stil... read more
RecommendedPlease note, I am a patient of aspen dental and on this date April 27 I have an appointment at 11:30 and unable to get through to the phones to cancel it due to illness. The phone calls I’ve made have consistently said this number is not taking calls anymore. So I’m hoping somebody reads this and get my message. My name is Lorraine Monteleone and I was scheduled for 1130 and due to illness. I cannot make this appointment. I don’t know what else to do to get through to you if your phones are not working.
Well for one, the wait times are absolutely absurd. Every single appointment. For two, the one dentist I’ve been seeing is arrogant. And also heard him and a female dentist basic smack talking their assistants for struggling with X-rays. “Well would you expect any less from them?” For three, I will never understand bringing you in for something just to say alright come back instead of getting it all done. BEEARE this place is horrible. Went for a teeth cleaning and 12 x-rays, one mouth scan, one hygienist exam, one doctor exam and 1.25hrs later I left without a cleaning. They ushered me to the front office to make an appointment for a cavity filing and cleaning at a later date while I was still confused why i couldn’t get my teeth cleaned which is all I wanted that day. What a waste of time. They do not care about their patient’s needs and only care about how many services they can charge your insurance.
Place is just a gold digger.
Went in for a tooth ache... left with all my teeth pulled!!!! Hated my experience there!!! Worst $13000.... ever spent!!!!
I do not recommend this place. Ladies at desk are nice. Doctors and Techs lie. Dentures have broken several times. My husband asked for his to be remolded because they are always breaking. They do a temporary repair and say these will never break again, but THEY DO. We just want a new set of dentures made. We have a warranty, I think them breaking several times in less than 4 years is reason to make a new set.
Do not use this place!! They are crooks! After making an appointment a week ago (yes during this pandemic) I was told the day before that they were now only accepting emergencies. Well, this was an emergency so I accepted the appointment. Then I get a call ma ki ing sure it was an actual emergency...and Guess what...they are now going to CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $120 during a pandemic....one that no one can control. I had the consultation they found I needed eight filling one of them they wanted to do a root canal. I did tell them at that time I’ve never planned on doing a root canal because they’ve never gone right. I have not been to a dentist for a few years trust issues. They did the first set of filling during they found they marked the wrong tooth. They then said I had 5 filling to do on the one side. They did them I think they over charged me as my account is still showing negative balance and my charges from my insurance show ... read more
