great staff, first time in a long while I can say I had a good experience at the dentist, from the dentist all the way to the staff and secretary.
Staff was super friendly and they took care of my dental need quickly and I would recommend my friends and family.
A new patient, it took me about a month to secure an appointment. Once I finally got there the staff was both friendly and proficient. I had an extraction done on a toothe that was way past its time and it was done 1/2/3. They edid a great job of cleaning my teeth too! Thanks everyone! I'll be back again in April 2016.
I had great experiences both of my visits! Had a tooth ache and was in severe pain! They were able to get me right in and pulled my tooth! Both dentists and dental assistants I had each time were wonderful! It is also affordable if you don't have insurance!

Close, convenient and an exceptional staff. Check in was super simple. The two ladies worked together to get me processed in less than 5 minuets. First we did x-rays on very modern equipment. I went to Aspen Dental as a new patient and got all the xrays and full exam done. At checkout Bri gave me the $20,000 quote. The dentist claimed I had 12 cavities and needed 4 root canals with crowns and one extraction. I walked out in tears, not having insurance. After gathering my emotions, I contacted several dental offices. Dr. Howard Feldman at The Dental Office in New Hartford did a full exam. Horrible experience, don’t go to places like this, the only care about up selling you stuff that you don’t need, I took my wife for a toothache and the wanted to sell is a $4000.00 package, she didn’t even get any help that day or prescription to minimize her pain, today she was seen by very recognized dentist in town and she got prescribed medication and an extraction schedule for next week for way less money, don’t go to Aspen Dental ever !!!!!
