The staff was very friendly. However they do not take my insurance so have to see another dentist. They did do my x-rays for me and give me prescription to take until I can have my tooth taken care of properly. Also the prescription was not signed my the doctor when they gave it to me so now I have wait another day to get it filled.
They need to ask more questions before setting an appointment. Waited my time!!!!!!
Never will go back. They wanted to change me over 10,000 of work when I know I can go other places and get it for less.

Hey Aspen, when a new customer makes a new appointment with you, you're to clean their teeth! Not tell them you need 15 grand worth of dental work and send them on their way! What happpend to teeth cleaning then accessing the issues like every other dentist?!! You just lost a new customer!!!! Very dissatisfied customer!
I knew I had dental problems going in the office and that is why I went and I needed to find a new dental office. The staff was very nice and seemed to know what they were doing and I felt comfortable with each step of the visit until the step with the dental hygienist who I felt treated or talked to me like I was a 10 year old instead of a 72 year old. Very upset with the customer service as well as office staff...awhile back I had my wisdom teeth out...they told me my insurance was in network..when I went to pay they told me it was not...come to find out only certain dentists there took my insurance and they conveniently scheduled me with one that did not take my insurance...since then my fiance has gone to this facility..the staff and dentists are rude and very impersonal...I called to make him an appointment and describe what was going on...he didnt even let me talk and... read more
When I first started going about a year ago I thought I had found a great dentist office, staff is friendly and I felt comfortable....Since then I have realized I couldn't have been more wrong.
