I think there great everyone is frindly and helpfull Stephen is really great she does good detailed work and dr. Sam also is very good nice makes you feel at ease and did a fantastic job on my teeth just wanted to say thanks for a great job they get all five stars
I wanted to share my experience at aspen dental Ontario Ohio I had to have 16 teeth removed and was very apprehensive about it. I made the appointment went in and met with Dr Sam he quickly put me at ease made my dentures and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during my extractions. Him and the nurses are very wonderful people I'm so grateful to them they have changed my life I can smile now that means so much to me I will be forever grateful to them all. RecommendedI DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! they made horrid dentures that are unusable, painful, not fitting properly and are too wide for my mouth and the teeth are set too far forward. they tried gaslighting me by telling me that it wasnt the case when i went in to tell them but pictures tell the truth. i have before n after photos that show that they are too big for my mouth n nothing like my original dentures. the dentures they made give me a bulldog look cut my lip and are not usuable. $2000 for the trash can. my husband was scheduled for a deep cleaning, he was told the whole thing would be around $800.when he arrived at his appointment he was told they told him they miss quoted the price and it would be almost 3x more! Horrible business practices.

I won't have teeth until September The temporary teeth they gave me don't fit... #AspenDental is a big Rip off! They tried telling me they had to add n extra half hour of anesthesia to my bill... when in fact they are lying... I checked into aspen on Facebook when we got there... they didn't take me in for surgery until 20 after 10:00 a.m. I was out of surgery on my way home by 10:58 James has it logged in his phone from Facebook conversation with his mom... we had to go get meds at Wal-Mart by possum run then go home cle... read more
have someone to answer the phone when they send an email saying they are closed and we need to reschedule. We call and get nothing. Bad practice. My son's upper plate has a big chip out of it and my bottom plate has never fit right. They seem to be giving us the run around.
