the fact that they never got my dentures right and they still wrong..can't wear them and the would not refund my money..I paid close to 13,000...and I bought what was supposed to be top of the line dentures...they don't look like it...and all I'm asking a refund for is the dentures...which is close to 3,000....and no one seems to care!
dont make people wait when they have a appointment both times that i was there i had a appointment and they made me wait both times and took people that came in after me first would not recommend

Incompetent and unprofessional! My husband had a bad tooth with exposed nerves that landed him in the ER over the weekend because aspen dental would not work with him and get him in on Friday. They could only get him in on the following Tuesday. When he called them Monday morning to try and schedule an emergency extraction, he was given such a runaround that he has to go elsewhere. Very incompetent staff that is unwilling to work with someone who needs emergency help! Do not go here!!!
ZERO STARS To put it simple. They pulled a tooth that did not need pulled. when you request your x rays they give you a grainy piece of paper no one can make out. went for a second opinion and it confirmed all my worst fears. they try to do a lot of work that is unnecessary to build up a huge bill. 8000 dollars for us. Save your self some pain and heartache and stay away from this place.
I made an appointment for 8am. I waited for about 15 minutes then they took me back for X-rays. I then waited another half hour before I finally saw the dentist. The dentist the entire time he was doing an exam on my teeth was sniffling so wasn't really happy about him sticking his hands in my mouth, gloved or not. If your dentist is sick, stay home! The dentist was nice enough but really it was a bit impersonal for him never to actually care to know my name, just kept calling me 'buddy'. Overall, I was ok with the visit but... read more

I am very disappointed as a new patient and I am honestly considering going to another dentist. My first appointment to get a filling done was today at 3pm. I arrive at my appointment a few minutes before 3pm I signed in at the receptionist desk since she was talking on the phone and took a seat beside the desk. I won't have teeth until September The temporary teeth they gave me don't fit... #AspenDental is a big Rip off! They tried telling me they had to add n extra half hour of anesthesia to my bill... when in fact they are lying... I checked into aspen on Facebook when we got there... they didn't take me in for surgery until 20 after 10:00 a.m. I was out of surgery on my way home by 10:58 James has it logged in his phone from Facebook conversation with his mom... we had to go get meds at Wal-Mart by possum run then go home clear ... read more
