The last time I was there the hygienist was excessively rough and very clearly in a hurry. The front desk staff were gossiping and laughing and being very unprofessional. Fast forward to now and my next appointment is coming up next week and they called to confirm, but told me they gave my slot away because I didn’t answer calls previously (this was my first call from them). went in with a tooth that has kept me up for days. Blood pressure was high they was more worried about that and other dental work that they wanted to do instead of helping me with the problem area at the time. Left the place still in pain and nothing done to help me.

Did not even try to fix my problem just talked about pulling teeth and partials.... I went for one tooth that's hurting not about my other teeth. Left with tooth still throbbing. Terrible place.😡

I will never return. Service was awful and the oral surgeon was rude and did not have good bed-side manners. I wanted for two and a half hours and nothing happen. Still in pain. Awful experience

Well, not that it changes Corporate influence at all however, if I make an appointment and you wait till the day before to cancel the appointment I feel it is unprofessional and inconsiderate. It makes it even worse when you can not or will not accommodate the patient that's occupation keeps them traveling with a decent rescheduled appointment. Fortunately, we found a local dentist that was willing to work with our work schedule and not cancel at a moments notice. They were more than happy to take our $5,248.63. I now know A... read more
