Aspen Dental is a joke. They are scam artists. Try to charge me 7 grand for a tooth cleaning, a couple fillings and an abscess.. OUTRAGEOUS!!

New equipment, no long wait, and friendly customer service but Extremely outrageous prices!!!!!!!! Everything is great but if the prices aren't affordable everything else doesn't mean anything. Its like going shopping in a store where you cannot easily afford anything in it. Visit Dr Gunter in Opelika for dental needs!!

Went in thinking I had a cavity.. turns out I needed more work done than I thought.. I was told that I could have it done that day.... Then they turned me down for financing and I have to come up with over 800 bucks .. the staff was super friendly and helpful.. just wish I could have left with something fixed.

Awful experience. Long waits. Expensive. Rip off if you ask me. Went in for toothache pain left with no type of pain meds and 6thousand worth of work to be done.Last dentist visit wasn't nowhere near that.

I do NOT recommend Aspen Dental. I made a 9:00 appointment for a teeth cleaning. I left the office angry and frustrated at 11:30 and had not had my teeth cleaned. I made an appointment specifically for a cleaning....I anticipated x-rays would be involved and they were......but 16 x-rays is excessive. They recommended 2 crowns for teeth with small chips. I explained I wear Invisalign and can not put crowns on teeth that dont need it, so they recommend a new set of Invisalign. The total bill got into ridiculous numbers. ALL I ... read more

My appointment was at 1000, was told to be there 1/2 hour before appointment, my exam started around 1145, all what was done was some x rays and some women came in poked and pulled on my gums and started calling out numbers, like she was an NFL quarterback( like Payton Manning) bottom line I was refered to two different specialist, because they didn't have the equipment, waited a hour or so before I was able to see someone to get my paper work and yes it was ice cold in the building, place is all screwed just an awful experi... read more

Loved the dentist I saw wish I could afford to have her as my dentist but you lure folks in thinking they can get help and then you do not work with them not matter what shape they are in and 9000,00 is not a way to go in the beginning just go from the worst part and work up ...How can someone on disability make payments on 9000.00 think what payments would be for that.

Save yourself the headache,do not go here. Went for a broke tooth in the back. Took 2 and a half hours to get seen, left with NOTHING done to broke tooth, but another appointment for 2 fillings and I assumed fixing the broken tooth . On 2nd appointment got the 2 fillings, Dr was EXTREMELY rough, and had to insist that they at least put a temporary filling in the broken tooth, they weren't going to do anything. Do not get work done here without a second opinion.Went in knowing I needed a few things done, a filling and a cleaning. I was told that the tooth that just needed a filling would need a crown (about $700) and was told there were no alternatives because "there was not enough tooth to work with, due to another filling" after asking three different times.
