My first visit I waited 2 hours before being saw. I had xrays ect done. I was told my teeth needed 16k worth of work (& that was just ripping them out instead of fixing). Which I found odd as I had just saw a dentist a week prior who said other than two teeth needing surgically removed I didn't have any cavities and he reffered me to a oral surgeon. I had an appointment at 4:30 I was stitched up and in pain still am I finally walked out at 5:55 very disappointed and unpleased with that office! !!!
The staff dresses too provocative. When two were leaving for lunch, we were flashed their underwear due to their dresses barely covering their behinds. My family was not greeted when we came in as other places do and as they should have. The bathroom was nasty and the receptionist never done anything about it. We arrived early for the appointment but still had to wait nearly a hour to be called to the back. I was coming in to get my teeth cleaned and come to find out they weren't even going to do it. They tried saying all these things were wrong with my teeth and tried saying it was going to cost $630 to fix the problem. I got up and walked out. I don't recommend anyone going there. The staff isn't that great at all!
We made an appointment to get our teeth cleaned and sat in that office for 3 1/2 hours. The only thing we got was x-rays, consultation with the dentist to go over those x-rays and the hygienist only went over the x-rays to tells us how bad a job we are doing brushing our teeth. Never got the teeth cleaned because after all that they set us in a room to wait for the financial advisor?!!!
