Customer service at this location is Terrible. I drove an hour to get there and was 10 mins late doors locked 10 minutes later on the phone asking why they open the door and said I was late and to reschedule. NEVER will I call them again there’s other people that will take my money

My husband and I are on Humana Medicare Supplement and this is the only dentist in their network (the only reason we made the appointments). I am disabled and must make an appointment for myself at the same time as my husband. We made an appointment with the Aspen Dental call center (708) 873-1187 (I was told when I called that there is no other way to contact this location). RecommendedAspen did set me up with a dental plan as well as a payment plan. I have insurance, but needed financing for out of pocket costs. . I haven't gotten work done from a previous dentist cause I couldn't afford it My treatment became neglected. I came because a tooth that was bonded years ago broke finally I got a same day appointment and my total treatment plan was set up

I called about a bill and it took the office manager a month to call me back. She said it was an insurance issue and that she would call the insurance company and get back to me. I am still waiting on their reply. It's been another month of no response. Their prices are high and the work is average at best. I would NEVER reccomend this location to anyone.

I went in there for an exam a cleaning and for them to fix a chip in my tooth. I got the exam done but the entire visit took 2 hours. I was told to wait for the office manager. I was waiting for 30 minutes before I was told to move to a room. I was then waiting for another 10 minutes in the room. They wanted more visits to receive more money per visit. This office is so unorganized. If you have the option to go somewhere else, DO IT!
Worst place ever! They do not care about their patients only the money! Walked in with a toothache and my son walked out with a toothache. They made up a dental plan for my son of almost $5K and informed him that he can apply for a credit card! Visited a REAL dentist today and whatever Aspen informed my son of what was wrong was completely inaccurate. Tooth is fixed and son is much better. Never would I recommend this place!!!!!!
The WORST place ever. I just came from an appointment where I was supposed to meet with a new dentist to consult about the poor job the last dentist performed. Guess what, it was the same dentist as last time and she was just as rude and condescending as the first time I met with her. Customer Service is nonexistent at this place, the only one who exhibits any professionalism is the Office Manager. I will be posting on social media EVERY DAY about what a horrible place this is until they fix the problem.
I had the worse experience at Aspen Dental yesterday....from the call from the office at 4:45pm telling me I did not have an appointment at 7pm because I did not call to confirm it although the appointment was made online with a confirmation...when I got to the office...(btw...went in for a cracked tooth that had me in crying pain) did not get the welcoming feeling...young lady who did the X-rays did her best to not hit the bad tooth...after taking a thousand X-rays...finally the doctor comes in...tells me everything that is... read more
