I will never step one foot in any aspen dental facility. And don't go because they hurt me bad and I been in pain and misery since my appointment March 20thÂ
The worst place I have had the pleasure to deal with my 6k unbreakable dentures broke in 6 months management is joke this office is the worst and management as well I did go to their Joliet location super friendly and knowledgeable about my procedures but I still never got a call from upper management even after repeated requests I get my new teeth from Joliet tomorrow 2/22/19 will post more after that😎if management reads this still waiting on a call 🤔🤔🤔Â

This place is horrible they dont care especially the oral surgeon i have bad anxiety when i get there the oral surgeon asks why im crying mind you I wasnt crying a whole lot but i suffer from anxiety he goes your a big boy yes this may be true but anxiety effects people of all ages they asked why i was prescribed xanax (i dont live in orland but was transferred to get teeth pulled sooner) i tell him thats what the bourbonnais location prescribed me and says i dont understand why they dont listen to my procedures mind you im ... read more

Don’t agree to go here. From not returning phone calls to adding services that the customer never requested to overcharging this place is the worst. Avoid at all costs!Â

I have had a terrible experience with Aspen Dental there are not enough words to explain. The one thing I will proclaim is that they DO NOT stand behind their work. They pass the buck and do NOT honor their Money Back Guarantee!!Â
I believe they did that. I went to Aspen Dental in Orland Park, IL they told me I need a lot of work and charged me $4000 and I had to pay $1300 out of pocket. I paid for them to cap a front tooth that my mother had fixed years ago. They never explained to me the procedure, they filed my tooth down like a spike and then put a temporary tooth on until they made the permanent tooth. It took two weeks after the two week period they made me pay before I could see the tooth, and then the dentist put the tooth in my mouth like it ... read more
I had a scheduled appointment to pick up my partial. When I got to the room, my partial wasn’t ready... it had to be adjusted several times to get it to fit. I was there at 11:00 am and didn’t leave until 1:15pm.Â
