i had 3 o clock appointment, showed up at 2:20pm sat around till 3:45 and literally had nothing done. watch everybody come in and go right to the back other then me. somebody came out to me to tell me there rooms are full and wonder if we can work with me from the lobby i was overall in shock was not professional and wasted my day and time. i drove off and i did try to make a complaint but it got me nowhere, other then them tryin to get me to come back saying they pull the red carpet out for me because of how bad everything ... read more

The day I went into your office at Waterford lakes orlando, I felt I had reached heaven, it was a very difficult and traumatic journey the one I was facing at 36 years old facing I had to have all my teeth removed, so in such a scary procedure I trusted your staff, I really tought they care, today I feel betrayed and mocked. 2 years ago I put my trust on you all, I had my teeth removed and got dentures with lower implants to keep dentures on place, after such painful procedure I had to go back in a couple of month to have th... read more

Only went once and I’ll never go again. The male hygienist said I had gum disease and need deep cleaning and antibiotics. I obtained better insurance and went to my regular dentist and he said I take good care of my teeth and I don’t have gum disease. At aspen the hygienist checked my gums and dictated to the assistant 4-5-6s. At my regular dentist it was 1-2-3 s. Beware!

Definitely DO NOT!! They have stolen my money, will not return it and DID NOT provide the services they are charging me for! Who cleans your teeth and never touches your teeth with toothpaste or toothbrush and charges over $600 for an advertised deep cleaning? You people should be out of business and I will be doing my best to ensure that happens! Cigna has been notified of your poor service and fraudulent claims! The only person in that office with a personality is Mo, the rest are all crooks!

The care I’ve received here has been adequate. My main complaint is the incompetence of the office staff. 1. They have a 0% success rate of calling me back when they say they will. Assume you will never get the call. 2. My toddler required a referral to see a pediatric dentist. They were listed as our primary care dentist and refused to provide it without seeing her. But they refused to see her because they don’t see toddlers. They refused to provide documentation stating this. My insurance company had to spend an excessi... read more

Took the morning off for a routine dental exam and cleaning. Arrive ten minutes early, sit in the waiting room for twenty minutes, and my appointment is canceled. Then it’s rescheduled and they give me an estimate for double what it should be, which they later admitted was incorrect.

NO STARS Absolutely horrendous. I went in for a consultation and signed up for the financing with the full intent on receiving the services I needed done, however I learned I would be getting insured so I called them and told them I won’t be doing it. Well they charged the dental credit card $2500 “in anticipation” even through I told them it wasn’t happening. I went in for a single tooth that was hurting and wanting to get it pulled. It's a rear molar. No big deal for me. They wouldn't pull it. Instead, want me to go elsewhere and have a root canal and come back to them for a crown. That's about $2,000. I don't have insurance. I'll go somewhere else and have it pulled. On a good note. The staff was nice, and office very clean. They just want your money. I just want to get rid of the pain cost effectively.
