I came into the office to schedule a cleaning sometime last year. I thought it was weird that the receptionist took my insurance information down on a Post-It note instead of directly into the computer/system, but I let it slide. Had my cleaning done on November with no issues. Since January, I've received a bill for my cleaning. Cleanings are covered under my insurance policy, so I should not have been billed. Far too long of a wait. Then was informed dental hygienist was out and would have to come back again another day. Also felt more like a used car dealership than a professional office environment when it came to care. Office staff is nice and the building is new, but those are only superficial distractions if you do not get the services needed.

My first appointment I arrived and waited for my appointment only to be told I should have been sent a text requesting that I rescheduled, that I never received. No on called they just relied on a text message. My next appointment I received a deep cleaning and had an appointment set up for 3 months later as a follow up. I recently had a filling crack and am going out of town in 4 days. I was told that they couldn't see me. I now see my follow up appointment was not even made. Worst dentist ever! The hygienist Pat was so rude and refused to clean my teeth because she said I was too nervous. Really? I've been going to the dentist my whole life and never had a problem! She was one of the rudest women I've ever met! The first 3 appointments I made were canceled because the old hygienist quit and my last appointment they lost and said was never made. Then when I came in today she refused to clean my teeth! Do not go to this dentist it's a horrible office!

I went in for an Emergency Extraction and sat there in immense pain for a couple of hours while they did a FULL workup and then they sat me down with a "Co-Oridnator" so he could tell me what it costs. He says oh your insurance covers a lot of this. They wanted roughly $2,300.00 to do a Deep Cleaning and Extract a Tooth...... Ridiculous, when I said I could not afford that he said we have a very good payment plan... Everyone except the office manager was great. The cost they charge is way over priced tho. If you just need something simple I'm sure they would be OK. But for more complicated issues stay far away! !

I had a female dentist and was never told I would be with a new dentist. I was also not given prior warning that students would be watching my procedure so that was uncomfortable. I was also not told that dentist took tissue from my back gum and what to expect but I was told my temporary crowns would not be a problem while on my trip or I would of waited until after for the procedure. I just changed dentists and glad I chose Aspen Dental. I went in for a deep cleaning and had a follow up appointment about a month later. My teeth and gums show marked improvement so I was very pleased. Love the Hygienist. She is great.
