Great office personnel, everyone is very friendly, my dentist and her assistant are both awesome. Best dentist I've been to in Orlando in 20 years.
They insisted on me getting and paying for a procedure I did not want, asked for, or could afford. I tried to talk to them but they wouldn’t listen. They just kept insisting I had to have it. So I walked out. All I wanted was a regular cleaning that my insurance would pay for but they insisted I get a deep cleaning that I had to pay extra for. By the way I am told this is a scam that dentist offices do to get your money. They didn’t do anything to make me smile, I just cried in my car.

Everything!! After 10 months, 2 different offices, 3 sets of dentures that didn’t fit, the last set broke after 2 days and still owe the finance company $3200. Sucks to be me!!!!!

They must be running some sort of insurance scam. I went in to get a teeth cleaning and was told I needed a filling re-done as well as a deep cleaning. $3,500.00. I had Delta dental insurance and they told me that the insurance would cover everything but $850.00. I paid the $850 and had the work done. went in for a molar issue. wanted to sell me toothbrushes and 16000. worth of work. Assitants all on Facebook during my visit. very unprofessional children working there and all about $$$$
