Called to make an appointment for a broken tooth, couldn’t make the appointment the following day made me wait 32 days for the next opening. Showed up for my appointment was told I WAS NOT ON THE SCHEDULE AND WOULD HAVE TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT!!!
I went to Dr Schultz a couple years ago for 2 molars that were catching food and decaying. 2 years later I am fighting with them as the dr fraudulently claimed to me that I had 2 fractured teeth. He showed me the ins co approval and what my cost would be. Years later I am now in collections because ins co said he failed to provide adequate proof of need to replace... so now I owe $571. Recommendedim not gonna say anything awful abt Aspen dental but my most recent visit was the worst. Next time im going to request a different dentist.
I’ve always hated going to the dentist and I have to say it’s been a process, I will never leave here unless of course my hygienist retires or leaves! Love her!
Do not get me wrong, I love the staff but this is not a quality lab to get dentures or partials done. I called the other day day due to discomfort on the bottom permanent denture. Let me tell you, not the first issue I have had with the permanent partial Prior, I had one of the front teeth pop out....I was able to get it in and Courtney and Sam got me in quick to deal with issue. I really enjoyed my actual dental experience and Dr. Schultz was wonderful. My negative review is nothing with the actual work provided. My issue stemmed from billing. When we walked through the estimate I let them know I didn’t think I would have any coverage (it was cosmetic) and was told regardless I would be given a discount for the service based off of my dental provider. Very dissatisfied I don’t like making bad reviews, but it’s definitely necessary. First I get there At the Oshkosh location, and he goes to find out how much the procedure of pulling my infected tooth out would be, he came back and stated my insurance covers it 100%, he was just going to quickly pull it, minus the antibiotic. I asked him if it’s infected will it require a prior antibiotic before pulling it. I am not happy with the "confirm your appointment" requirement. I receive a text the day before my appointment, the highlighted number states it is not in service, then I manually type the number and choose option 2 as it states in the text and all it does is ring.. no answer.. so then I call back and have to choose option 1 to actually talk to someone to confirm my appointment. I work during business hours this is extremely inconvenient and the process is obviously not intact - hopefully they get this fixed soon.
The dentist in Oshkosh has helped me so much, just had my upper teeth taken out and didn't feel a thing, ate a hamburger, for lunch, Rocky's pizza the next day.
