Aspen Dental is a fraud, rip off. They gave me a coupon for a free comprehensive Exam and my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield pays in full for the cleaning and Aspen Dental told me I owed 0 balance when I left that day. I got a bill saying I owe $50.00 for the Comprehensive Exam. I called them and they tell me to take it up with my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield due to a $50.00 copay. I was going to go threw with having my teeth in front pulled and all work done for new dentures.. But when they quoted me a price they never game me a choice and gave me the highest price on the dentures with out any options. I was very disappointed..And since that happened I have no plans of going back.
I was hired to work for Aspen Dental. Let me get a couple things straight - Dr. Sid, the entire dental assistant staff, and everyone who works there presently, are incredible - however, the atmosphere of Aspen Dental is awful and sexuality discrimination was rampant when I worked there. The manager, Chad, knowing I was gay, showed me photos of his bed sheets that were soaking wet and would tell me about how he would finger his girlfriend there to try to gross me out. My first visit was a nightmare. This visit more than made up for it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I got here for a three pm appointment. I didn't get in for almost an hour. I was overcharged by $110 but hey, no skin off their noses. It is now 4pm and I sit in the chair waiting to be seen by the hygienist.
Researching to see if I can finish this process with a different clinic. Tell you anything?
Went there for tooth pain because of some cavities. The dentist wouldn't fix them until they got worse even though they were already bothering me. The dentist then couldn't see the cavities so I pointed to where the pain was and his response was, "Oh I guess there is a cavity there." This visit made me really doubt if the dentist knew what he was doing.
Thank you Aspen Dental for refitting my dentures today. So far as I expected they do not fit and I am reduced to not wearing them. Thank God for my keeping my old bottom dentures so I can at least eat.
I had partial dentures from my original dentist Dr. Jack Willert of Oshkosh. But after 10 years, and getting dropped a few times they had some damage. ( too be expected) I couldn't go back to Dr. Willert as my new medicaid insurance didn't cover him. Despite having insurance Aspen Dental didn't accept Medicaid either so I had to pay cash.
