Service is ok. Average dental office but today I had to call into the 24 hour emergency system and see if I could get a prescription filled. Key word "Emergency" the on call dentist took 12 HOURS to call back so instead of making my life easy on top of the pain I was in I had to go further into depth and go to a local hospital and not only get a prescription filled but now pay an additional $300.00 dollars out of my pocket. Aspen Dental is overpriced and only offers upfront payments for what your insurance doesn't cover
We made an apt for 1pm and by 2pm they told us they couldnt get him in cuz no time. He has lots of swelling in mouth lots of pain. Looks like a tennis ball in his mouth. We bitch a lot and finally they decide to give an antibiotic. We will never go to oshkosh aspen dental again.
