I went in for fillings and complained of other teeth causing pain. The dentist, Nicole, then said she wouldn’t do any fillings due to those teeth hurting. Had I not said anything she would have done the fillings. Because I got upset that I took time off work to have nothing done, she then said she canceled all my appointments and I am not allowed at their dental office. Horrible experience, going elsewhere moving forward! Watch out, if you schedule a routine cleaning they wont clean anything, and they will waste your time with tests and fancy xrays you dont need to tell you you need invisalign and "deeper cleanings" than your insurance will pay for and you'll also need invisalign (although you dont want it and expressed many times you do not want it) and you need it NOW and want to charge you over 8k for it. They'll also tell you they "arent sure and cant check" if they take your insurance ... read more

I visited Aspen dentist to have a cleaning and an annual exam. An x-ray was performed and an evaluation. According to their results, I required a deep cleaning . I requested to have a regular cleaning, and they refused to do it. According to the dentist and evaluating therapist, this would be unethical and considered insurance fraud, if they did not treat the actual problem, since it was determined that I needed a deeper cleaning. I don't think i would recommend anyone to them they are well over priced when it comes to dental work they want 275 per tooth to be pulled and 3000 for dentures when i did some shopping around and found a dentists that does the same work at 95 per tooth and a 1000 for the dentures and you have to have all this money up front no payment plan didn't even trying to work with me sent me to care credit which is a load of crap cause the denied me within five second even with a co-signer and wouldn't give me a reason why i was deni... read more

aspen dental is a joke! gave me a quote on redoing my crowns last Sept had me paying payments on work that was NEVER DONE to there dental loan people THEN because they decided to get rid of someone I know yanked the agreement right out under me! changed owners was the excuse!! the women in this office are rude they treat co workers like crap BULLYING IS WHAT THEY DO!!! Tell the truth would be a good start. I have nothing good to say about this Aspen Dental. They have lied to me several times. They told me the day after my extractions, I needed to paid the remainder of my bill and it would be paid in full. 18 months later they tell me I owe them another $900!! I had to have more teeth extracted and the dentist told me he would make a new bottom denture after I was completely healed.
