My experience with aspen was excellent! Reesa always makes my time there the best. She is very personable and knowledgeable.
I took my grandfather here to get new dentures(his old ones he had forever and they were literally falling apart). First thing, it was extremely easy to schedule the appointment. He lives an hour away in Knoxville so I scheduled it for him and went with him to his appointment. He loved the atmosphere there. He also really liked Reesa. She was funny and friendly. It was a great experience. I am happy to say his new dentures for great and he IA back to having that ornery smile. :)
This is the BEST dentist. I LOVE Reesa. She makes my day every time I go in that office, couldn't adore her more! Go there for all your dental needs!
Aspen dental was great to use. Shelly did a great job at seeing things were done correctly. Dr Finucane was detailed in his work to make sure the fit was right.
About a year ago I went to Aspen Dental in Ottumwa IA. They had great amazing people working there. They took great care of me! Reesa Howell that works there is simply amazing!! If I needed anything she was right there to help out. I recommend this place in the future.
My girlfriend went there a year ago. Reesa howell was an amazing at her job. Very friendly and talked to ya like a person and not just another client. We made a friend! The service we received was amazing. Definitely will go again for future dentist appointment. Well only if reesa is there:)
About a year ago I was selected as a veteran to receive free dental care, To say the least I was really needing it!!!! The staff at Aspen have treated me with nothing but respect and have went above and beyond taking great care of my issues, pulling all my teeth and supplying me with 2 sets of dentures, temps and permanent. I love Apen in Ottumwa! The staff is friendly and courteous. Reesa there is very good at working atound billing issues especially insurance disputes. Her kind treatment always makes me feel like part of the family.
Dr. John Finucane was awesome and so were the two ladies that helped him. I believe one was named Shelly and the other young lady I don't know her name but her parents own a grocery store in a very small town that I visit when we go to our cabin. I was on the verge of cancelling before I got there, so glad I went and looking forward to my new dentures. Best experience EVER!!!!
