I have been scammed! I just received a $130 bill for radiographic images that were not covered by insurance. I asked several times if everything was covered and the lady told me she called and got my coverage of benefits through Careington and I won't get a bill and I will owe nothing! This coverage of benefits was received by your office before I had an exam! Mind you this service was on 5/29 and I am just getting a bill that has a payment due date of 7/7. Did I just go to car dealership or a dental office? This was probably my WORST experience ever at a doctor's office. The staff were incredibly pushy about trying to up-sell special treatments and I felt very uncomfortable. After 1 hour of hard sell, I left without even getting a cleaning.
They lied to me, they said pull one bad tooth just for $120, I arrived there, they wanted $230!

I have been a long time Aspen Dental Patient and I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt attention to my needs and met them very quickly(with-in 1 day).
