Staff needs to keep masks on and opinions to themselves--very unprofessional behavior in a medical setting! These franchises are also clearly not concerned with listening to the needs of the client.

This place is a joke! Scheduled an appointment to come in for a cleaning... took the time off work, just to be told when I get there the comprehensive exam will be done first, and I’ll have to come back for the cleaning another day. The receptionist was not willing to accommodate for me missing work, only needed a quick cleaning!

I had 7 teeth pulled and now in pain from bone spurs I have been calling for 2 weeks to get into them to get out of pain and they keep telling me they will call me back I'm over it. plus being told by the financial chick that my dental health is more important than getting in my home who says that obviously I need more work done but come on I will not be going back for my bone spurs that no one will call me back or book me an appointment as I sit here in pain I will send nothing but bad reviews everywhere I can ty so much f... read more
While I didn't have a problem with the doctors or the nurses, it was hard to hear them, the video promo that they make you watch, and their prices are jumped dramatically. Almost 3 (three) times what it was just two (2) years ago. Plus their financing is a joke. If you have funds, then they are great. If you don't, forget about it.

The staff was great except they tried to pull a fast one and tell me I had dental coverage with my insurance that was not true . I called my insurance company to confirm and tried to call them a few times to discuss my concerns and they failed to return my call Otherwise they may have been a good company but Integrity is just as important !
