The Aspen Dental Palm Harbor staff was courteous, friendly & attentive. This was by far the nicest dentist office I've been in that was very clean & appeared to be state of the art. Dr Dickerson was personable & informative. Shannon was an amazing hygienist. I would definitely recommend this location.
I have been a long time Aspen Dental Patient and I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt attention to my needs and met them very quickly(with-in 1 day). I was asked by several employees there about the age of my dentures.... I told them all that they were 4 years old, I was offered no other advice or direction in regards to their age or warranty. The staff is very fiendly, the facility is very nice as it should be for a new facility. I had an extensive proceedurer performed over 2 weeks ago and to date I still experience pain. I am told that this will subside, I certainly hope so. I never had a proceedure such as Aspen performed on me before, so I really can't tell if my lingering pains are normal or not. From my pespective I think the are a good dental care unit.
Highly DO NOT recommend. They're a joke. They can't handle any sort of emergency apparently. They just expect you to sit in pain and deal with it till it's convenient for them (days). I'm completely appalled by the treatment from their receptionists and lack of attention to an EMERGENCY! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They're a complete joke. Receptionist is rude she should not be in a customer service role. I started my Invisalign at the Aspen in Dental in Largo and have continued treatment at this location due to moving roughly September of 2022. Through aspen dental they promised me six months with my Invisalign and it is now over two years I think. RecommendedI have been dealing with dental issues for a while. Dealing with insurance back and forth, being sent to the wrong dentist and they even sent me to a dentist who’s office looked like a 7-11 bathroom. I called Aspen and they got me in the next day. When i got to the office everyone was friendly and understanding of my situation. The got the ball rolling rite away.
