I went to Aspen Dental in Parma, OH. I had an excellent experience until I got to the dental hygienist. I mentioned to the hygienist that I was experiencing tooth sensitivity. She barely acknowledged my concern. Then, as she was cleaning my teeth, I began experiencing uncomfortable sensitivity and began to wince and indicate that I was uncomfortable. Worst experience ever if you want to get rip-off go to Aspen Dental, went with tooth ache they said it would cost my 5, 950 after insurance I have to pay 2, 373 I put 1, 400 down after first visit I have one cleaning I have to wait a whole month for the surgery and they call me to change the time if I didn't agree I'll have to reschedule again after waiting a whole month with tooth ache I told them to cancel and charge me for what they did so far and I would go somewhere else after two weeks of they not returning calls and g... read more
I referred a friend there for dental work. Was told on phone prior to making appointment, that they accepted his insurance. His appointment was yesterday, when he got there they told him they didn’t accept his insurance. When he asked if he could get the free exam for first time patients so he new what he was dealing with, the two receptionist got nasty with him and my mother who was with him. This office SELLS dentistry. Unnecessary dental work that may not be necessarily. Be careful and get a second opinion. I am a dentist!
Completely dissatisfied with my treatment at this office. During the initial visit Dr. Lindsey McMahan looked extremely worn-out and spent 3 minutes with me at most. I was hardly pushed towards an unnecessary service, which was charged but not performed! Unlike with other dentists during the “deep cleaning” session, the doctor didn't even show up. Aspen Dental at The Shoppes of Parma has a front desk employee that apparently does not like to be bothered by patients. She never once made anyone feel welcomed or even smiled. As we all know, going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience. It should not start out bad at the front desk.
I went in with a sore molar last Thursday and instead of actually helping they told me how to spend $10k and said they wouldn't schedule anything further unless I put 60% down. So here it is Monday and I'm still in a lot of pain. Thanks for nothing guys.
