Best staff ever!! Great experience with the dentist. Kind and caring.
This office in particular (Parma office) is staffed by very kind and professional people. They are very thorough whenever I go in for my routine checkups and they always make sure to explain to me what's going on. They schedule your next appointment on the spot so that you don't end up forgetting when to do it. This is a good office and I would recommend it to anyone looking for their next dental clinic.
I had a filling fall out at 2:30pm and by 6pm the problem was fixed. Extremely friendly staff that handle everything from start to finish. Close to home and I will repeat in the future.
Everyone in the Aspen Dental office (Parma) were kind and helpful. I was in for a checkup and cleaning. They did not try to push whitening and other products. That was a big problem that I had with other offices I went to- high pressure sales tactics. My entire experience here was as relaxing as a dentist office can be! Great attitude and you can tell there was a lot of effort made to make the patient feel comfortable!
