The staff at Aspen Dental on Ridge Road repeatedly failed to call me back especially the regional manager. This has been going on for a while. Am being billed for charges I do not owe for services in April 2017 which has been confirmed with my dental provider. Called the office on 7/16 and was promised the regional manager would call back the next day. Never happened. They expect me to CALL HIM tomorrow 7/21 because he gets too busy. First off: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR MONEY AND PRESSURE YOU FOR A SCAM! I been going to a private family dentist for over a decade (since I was a girl) named Dr. Yakovich (who I greatly recommend) and my teeth have been great with healthy gums. I go here for a simple check-up with a follow-up appointment for a cleaning because I'm moving out of state in February so I need something done quick. The ladies that work in the front are super nice and none of what I say is a mark o them. I’m very disappointed in this place. I went in to get some implants done and was sold when they offered me a cheaper price for the work that needed to be done. I come to find out now that cheaper price was a lie. I signed up for financing and had to pay 2k out of pocket. I was told the the pulling of my teeth and bottom implant would be 10k. So, we were able to finance 8k of it. Terrible rip off. Horribly expensive. Dentist doesn't listen to a word you say. Fucking muzzie assistant badgering me to write a review while still in the chair. I just had a tooth pulled. I recently obtained dental insurance through work and knowing that I needed work done that I've been putting off for a while because other things in life happening, like losing my old job and this past May losing our 9yo to cancer. Aspen dental the company is a horrible rip off and Anissa at Parma should be fired she's a monster But Dr Adams at Parma is great and should get out of aspen's corporate bs of ripping people off and go on his own The hygienist is good too and should go with him

My experience here was absolutely awful I drove an hour away just to be seen at a sooner time. First of all the dental assistant didn't even know why I was there so she started to take unecessary X-rays, but it was okay, she only got through one before she realized I needed to be seated to talk to the Dr. Once Dr.Adams got in there. His demeanor was strange, he didn't carry himself as a medical professional. I was able to get two appointments scheduled within two weeks of calling to accommodate the 2 step process required. NOBODY likes a dental appointment that involves drilling for an extended period of time, but even though I am not the best patient, I was treated with the utmost patience and kindness. I CAN'T wait to go to the dentist again! (well...maybe not)
